(1925) BHEE Built

(1950) Growth Period
Expansion to over 50 collegiate chapters across the United States.
(1968) The Lounge Opens
In 1968, the HKN Lounge was established at Purdue University.
(2010) IEEE Merger
Eta Kappa Nu merged with IEEE to become IEEE-HKN.
(2023) 120th Anniversary
Celebrating 120 years of excellence in electrical and computer engineering.
(2024) New Lounge Renovations
Renovations to the HKN Lounge are completed, providing a modern space for members. The new space in BHEE 138 offered a more central location for students to study and socialize. In the following semester, The chaper also got its food permit to begin selling hotdogs in the lounge.
